The Shocking news this weekend has been the cancellation of Farscape. In a chat Friday at Sci-fi .com, Ben Browder, David Kemper, and Richard Manning announced that Sci-fi Channel did invoke their loophole clause (If they don't feel like doing another season, they can leave free and clear). Meaning no 5th season!
Many of the "Scapers", fans of Farscape, have been gathering information on how we could possibly save the show. The infomation can be located at this link Save Farscape!!
Don't let emotions become your reactions, basically that leaves to negative action. Write the letters, sign the petitions, it is not all for naught.
We keep getting robbed of great sci-fi, robbed from seeing great writing turned to visual art. As long as you have an imagination, you can understand what the great folks behind Farscape have given us. To see stories that are mentally and visually stimulating, rare in the world of Black Scorpions, and the rest of campy shows they want us to watch.
I can't and will not give up hope, all I ask is for others to do the same. If not, that's kool too.
